Grounding is a tool that helps you to centre, calm your mind and reconnect with the earth energy. When you are feeling anxious grounding helps you to bring your mind out of the fight or flight state and back to the pre frontal cortex (the logic part of your brain). I believe grounding is a tool that EVERYONE should learn and have access to.
